Chair Signing Ceremony – November 2024

The signing ceremony took place between Ms Rania Hedeya, Acting Regional Representative for the Arab States at UN-Habitat, and Mr Gilles Roussel, President of Université Gustave Eiffel.

It was held in the presence of Mr Thani Mohamed Soilihi, Secretary of State for Francophonie and International Partnerships at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs; Mr Damien Botteghi, Director of Housing, Urban Planning and Landscapes at the Ministry for Ecological Transition, Energy, Climate and Risk Prevention; Mr Jérôme Gleizes, elected representative of the City of Paris and President of EIVP; and Mr Franck Jung, Director of EIVP.

Also present were Ms Aïda Robbana, Head of the UN-Habitat office in Tunisia; Ms Amina Béji-Bécheur, Professor and Director of International Affairs at EIVP, and Vice-President for MENA International Relations at Université Gustave Eiffel.
